Dave’s marketing and construction management career spans over 30 years.   As a leading project manager in the construction industry, he found relationships that led to more projects and the most successful project came from performance based relationships.  As this concept was examined and the method that these relationships were developed Dave found a track able pattern.  In 1998 I was asked to teach others and monitor their progress with-in his the company.  As his success grew a partnership was formed with Yorke & Curtis.  The successful growth of over 300% is just a few years is now taught by Dave in each of his classes.  After leaving Y&C, Dave continues to consult construction companies and developers in CM and business development.  These include Strategic Planning, Marketing, Scheduling, Contract Negotiations, Sales Boot Camp for Suppliers, and the CCB Prerequisite class for the Oregon State contractor’s license exam.
